Any information submitted to this site for membership, for the horse training courses and/or for any other reason is held in the strictest confidence and will not be passed along to any third party for any reason whatsoever.
No application for any participation in the horse training courses offered on Horse Deliverance from persons understood to be under 18 years of age will be allowed, abundantly in compliance with C.O.P.P.A. regulations.
GSCK RR cannot in any way be held responsible of the actual ability as riders and horsepersons of all who participate in the training courses, as it is impossible to verify in person qualities only described, if at all, via internet. Even if every aspect of the instruction given is based primarily on safety for both horse and rider, it is total responsibility of the pupils to follow such courses using common sense and care, including initial choice and level preferred. Under no circumstances will any accidental damage of any sort be taken in consideration as correlated to the instruction followed by free will of the participants involved.
Horse Deliverance's Teaching Forum is located on a DIFFERENT DOMAIN ALTOGETHER (Delphi - multiple forum hosting) to preserve children's safety at all times while surfing on Horse Deliverance in its every part. If any individual under the age of 18 years reaches the Teaching Forum it is because their own computer system filters allow them to surf onto Delphi, and under no circumstances can this be a responsibility of Horse Deliverance's creator and its webmaster. In any case, the Teaching Forum itself is moderated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by three administrators and kept as safe as humanly possible at all times. Children who reach the Teaching Forum MAY ask horse-training related questions upon the Teaching Forum and are respected and treated and answered politely just as any adult: Horse Deliverance is dedicated to ponies as well as horses, and all articles and advice available relate to them also.
All content of Horse Deliverance is legal and safe to view for All Ages, besides being labeled accordingly by ICRA and SafeSurf. However, Horse Deliverance displays links to external sites the content of which was likewise childsafe at the moment of linkage. Regular link checks are continuously run, but Horse Deliverance's webmaster or GSCK RR cannot be held responsible if the content of external sites is altered wholly or partially at any time. When any linked site present is found to be different and not childsafe any more, the link is immediately removed from Horse Deliverance, no matter what.
There are no mailing lists or e-zines present in Horse Deliverance, nor forums or chat-boxes, nor Guest Books or likewise. Spam from this site is impossible.
