Terms of Service Agreement
Horse Deliverance Terms of Service
This agreement specifies the terms or conditions under which you are permitted to freely acquire and use
Horse Deliverance online equestrian training courses to serve your equestrian educational
needs and interests. The agreement obligates you to observe rules of acceptable
conduct in the use its service and to indemnify and otherwise hold Horse Deliverance
and GSCK RR harmless for any damaging or harmful circumstance resulting from that
use. The 10 terms specified herein are referred to as the Horse Deliverance Terms
of Service (HD-TOS). The services you are permitted to use under these conditions
or terms are those currently available through horsedeliverance.com. only. You are
free to use them to serve your educational needs and interests, provided you agree
to the following terms.
1: General Terms of Service This agreement governs your
use of Horse Deliverance and all of its services provided directly to you. Horse
Deliverance and GSCK RR reserve the right, in its discretion, to change or modify
all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon publishing
on our service. Your continued use of Horse Deliverance services constitutes your
binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications
made by Horse Deliverance as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions
of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease
using any service provided by Horse Deliverance.
2: Member obligation to maintain own Account, Password, and Security.
Under the terms of this agreement, you are responsible for creating a password and account designation when registering for
Horse Deliverance online courses. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the
security and confidentiality of your password, account, and all activities occurring
therein. Should that confidentiality or security be breached in any way, you are
obligated to notify Horse Deliverance immediately via email or the available Contact
Form present on horsedeliverance.com. You understand further that under no circumstances
is Horse Deliverance liable for any damage or loss resulting from your failure to
comply with this obligation to maintain your own account's confidentiality and security.
3: Member Responsibility for Courses Acquisition
As a Horse Deliverance member and only as such an individual may acquire any horse training lesson or entire courses,
thus it is the member's sole responsibility every step performed from the choice
of the preferred online item all the way to its payment via Paypal services, in
use at horsedeliverance.com. Once the course or lesson has been chosen for purchase,
the procedure runs by defiinite steps during which the acquirer may stop and change
his mind regarding purchase. Thus, once the purchase has been completed there shall
be no possible refunds of any sort neither from Horse Deliverance or GSCK RR nor
Paypal. Horse Deliverance will activate any purchased Dressage or Showjumping Order
within 24 hours for full online view to the purchasing member only who may then
read, copy and/or print said lesson/s as wished for personal keeping.
4 Appropriate Conduct
Members who have acquired any Horse Deliverance material via purchase are
expressly forbidden from using it in any way that is inappropriate, unethical, harmful
or damaging. You are expressly forbidden from forging or altering any data or have
the educational material undergo any other type of manipulation in order to disguise
the origin of any Horse Deliverance Content transmitted through horsedeliverance.com.
Members are expressly forbidden from uploading, copying, printing, or otherwise
transmitting any Horse Deliverance content for any type of commercial use. All members
and visitors are expressly forbidden from intentionally or unintentionally violating
any applicable local, state, national or international law.
5. Assumption of Risk
Your full and complete responsibility for use of services provided by Horse Deliverance
includes any and all risk associated with those services. All services provided
are "as is" and "as available.". Any material you download, copy, print or otherwise
obtain through use of the services is available to you at your own discretion and
risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system
or loss of data that results from the acquisition of any such material. Horse Deliverance
makes no assurance, guarantee, or warranty that its services will meet your requirements,
that the material purchased or obtained by you through the services will meet your
expectations, or that any errors in the online service will be corrected.
6: Acknowledgement of Horse Deliverance Limitations of Liability
Under the terms of this agreement, you expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree that Horse Deliverance shall not be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary
damages of any sort you might experience through use of its online horse training
courses and free instructional available articles.
7: Your Acknowledgement of Horse Deliverance Proprietary Rights
Under the terms of this agreement, you expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree that any services provided by Horse Deliverance contains
proprietary information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and
other laws. You expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree that the Content contained
in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the services or
advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other
proprietary rights and laws. You also expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree not
to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based
on those aforementioned services or software in how or in any part thereof.
8: Your Acknowledgement of Horse Deliverance Trademark Information
Under the terms of this agreement, you agree to refrain from displaying or using in any commercial manner
or form the trademarks of Horse Deliverance, such as the Logo, the name, the structure
of the online courses and such like.
9: Members Account Termination
Horse Deliverance reserves the right (and sole discretion), to stop, cease, terminate, restrict, suspend
or remove any member's specific access to any or all parts of any (or all) areas
and services provided by Horse Deliverance, including (but not restricted to) online
courses, interactive features, course request processing, or any general use of
our service at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. Horse
Deliverance may modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of our service at
any time, including the availability of any content (electronic, data or otherwise),
feature, database, courses, or anything else that we retain, use, or publish as
part of our service at any time, without prior notice or liability.
10: Disclaimer of Warranties
Horse Deliverance makes no warranties as to the results obtained by
using any part of any of our online courses. Everything offered by Horse Deliverance
is provided "As Is" with no guarantee of real life success in the chosen equestrian
discipline. Horse Deliverance does not make any warranties of any kind, either express
or implied. Horse Deliverance has the right to remove and/or alter any Content that
is available on its domain horsedeliverance.com at any time without prior notice.
